Apple picking and the Corn maze!

My Grandma and Grandpa were in town from Utah. Here are the Highlights of some of the things we did.

Ryan and Aidan at the beginning of the corn maze. Soon after this was taken they took off running into the maze and we didn't see them for a good amount of time. Oh how Aidan loves his "Ry" (Ryan)
Mom and I some how got seperated from Rich and Dad. We eventually caught up with them, Aidan and Ryan.

Aidan had so much fun in this maze. He was laughing and giggling the whole time. He loved running, and telling us which way we should go. His knees were a little scratched up from falling but he didn't seem to mind.

After we finished Aidan wanted to go in for round two. Grandma and Grandpa stayed in the car with Cameron while he slept. We have since found out that the guy who owns this land was soon busted for growing mariguana in his field. So we are sorry to say we supported his "wrong doings"

Riddle time

Since the software for my Pictures isn't working.... I thought I would do a little riddle. Well it's not really called a riddle, I don't know what you would call it.

Pick a number between 1-10

Multiply your answer by 10

subtract 6 from that number

Now take the last digit of that number and match it with the alphabet (1=a 2=b and so forth)

Cameron is getting big!

Cameron had his 2 month check up today. He now is now 13lbs 5 oz, and 24 3/4 long. He is in the 75% for his age. Unfortunately he had 3 shots today :( He let out these huge cries that I have never heard from him before. It just broke my heart. He was also hungry so it made it 10 times worse. He calmed down pretty fast. That made me happy. He has been great for the rest of the day so far.

He is smiling a lot lately and can now follow people or objects around the room. He is cooing as well it is so cute. Aidan is still in love with him and has upgraded from calling him baby to mamron. Way to cute. I was going to post some pictures, but unfortunately I am having issues with my software...I am not sure why. Hopefully I can get things figured out.

Aidans Art work

So many of you know that Aidan loves to draw...the thing is he only like to draw with pen. He is usually good about staying at his desk when drawing.

But when mommy isn't looking........

I Love this time of year!!!

I just love this time of year. The leaves are changing, the air is cool, it's apple and pumpkin picking season, all the fairs to see, and other fun activities for adults and childern. I can't wait to go apple picking, and make my apple pie's, apple brownies, Apple sauce, and other goodies. I just love baking. If I could bake all day......and not eat all of it. I would!!!
On the downside it is also the time for: flu's, colds and other "fun" sicknesses. Which I am trying to over come at the moment. I woke up Saturday with a sore throat. As the day progressed I also had a really bad head ache. When I woke up in the night to feed Cameron, my body was so sore. It felt like I had worked out every single muscle in my body. All I wanted to do was sleep. This is such a great time to enjoy the outdoors and I am missing it.:( I have had about 5 doctors appointments, 1 hospital visit for lab work, and a CPR re-certification class in the last 2 weeks. So I haven't really had time for rest. I feel like I have been super mom.

Aidan is the first photo and Cameron is the second. The pictures are a little deceiving...you would think that Aidan was the second photo because it looks like the bigger baby, Aidan was 9.5lbs at birth and Cameron was 8.12 lbs. He would have weighed more if he didn't pee before they weighed him. Well there you have it. :)

We are all doing great. I am beginning to get the hang of taking care of 2 kids instead of 1. We are having so much fun with Cameron. I got daring and took the kids on a walk and to the park. I was nervous of how Cameron would do, but he did great. Aidan had fun playing on the playground and swinging in the swings. I enjoyed getting out of the house, and Cameron enjoyed the warm sun. A few buildings down had sprinklers on. Aidan had a blast playing in them. Cameron is doing good. He is gaining weight and is as healthy as can be. He likes to eat a lot, which can get hard when we go places. Sometimes I have to sit in another room so I can nurse him. Aidan still can't get enough of him. Rich is doing good. His business has just taken off this spring/summer. So he has been really busy. We are looking forward to this winter when things will calm down and he can be home more often.

Just had a bath and is relaxing with Dad. He loves his bath time. He kicks his little arms and legs and splashes around in the water.

Cameron met Auntie Amanda for the first time this past weekend. She couldn't/wouldn't put him down, except for when Aidan would demand for her attention. Lucky for him he will be having a sleepover so he can have her all to himself.

Cameron weighs 8 lbs 12 oz. He is 19 3/4 long. what a cutie. He is well worth the wait. Aidan loves him to pieces. I will post more when Ihave time.

NO BABY YET

This picture was taken today. I am 40 weeks and 4 days pregnant. (sigh) Cameron is taking after his big brother and doesn't want to evacuate the womb. We went to the doctors on Monday, and I am a couple cm dilated. I have a scheduled induction this coming Mon. the 11th if nothing happens between now and then. My doctor said he would be surprised if I last that long. Right now I feel like it will be on Mon. I was having some braxton hicks (false labor/contractions) earlier in the week. They didn't hurt at all, it was just a little tight feeling in the abdomen, but I haven't felt anything in the last 2 days. It will be kind of interesting if he is born on Mon. Aidan was due July 3rd but didn't come until the 11th. Cameron was due Aug. 3 and if I last until Monday he will be born on the 11th. kind of interesting. (at least I think) I have been trying to pass time by doing whatever I can. Although it gets difficult. For example....to wash the dishes I have to stand sideways, otherwise I wouldn't be able to reach the dishes without squishing Cameron not to mention how painful that would be for me. Well I probably won't post until after he is born, so check back in about a week for some pictures of our new baby. Wish me luck.

2 days left!!!

Well the due date is near, and I am hoping I don't have to wait much longer for Cameron to arrive. I went to the Doctors on mon. and to my surprise I was 2 cm dialated. YAY!!! I was hoping that it meant that I would be starting labor within the next day or two. But that isn't the case. I am not even having braxton hicks. I am a little disapointed. My next dr. appointment is this mon. I am hoping that I will be dialated more and they will send me to the hospital to be induced. This past week I really haven't been doing anything. I have been very sore and tired with no energy. I can't wait untill I have the energy I used to so I can give Aidan the attention he needs and deserves. I am so gratefull that Aidan. He has been such an easy baby to take care of. I love him so much and don't know what I would do without him. He has been getting excited about Cameron comming. He points at all of Camerons things and says "baby." I am anxious to see how he acts when Cameron is here. I know for a lot of toddlers there is a lot of jealousy. I am sure Aidan will have some, but overall I think he will do pretty well sharing his mommy and daddy.
