They grow so fast!

This post won't be long....it's been a rough few days, it is late and I am tired. I have been meaning to post this for a few weeks...so I decided to take a couple minutes and actually do it. :)

At the beginning of this year Aidan moved from nursery into primary at church. I can't believe he is already in PRIMARY....it seems like just a few months ago we brought him into nursery. He seems to love primary and we haven't had any issues with him in there...except for potty breaks.

Cameron is now in nursery. Usually babies don't go into nursery until they are 18 mo. But since Aidan and all the other older kids moved up into primary there were only 2 other babies in nursery, so they said Cameron could come in early. He has actually been going in for a few months now for about an hour just to get used to it. He seems to be enjoying it so far (keep your fingers crossed) and hasn't cried since the big kids moved up to primary.

Of coarse I had to capture their big day on film.....enjoy!

My little Sunbeam. I took 20 pics just to get this one...he isn't exactly smiling but at least I was able to get his whole face. Who would want to get their picture taken when they could be running around with their friends?

Our sweet sweet Cameron....who is obsessed with wiping his nose. Whenever we wipe his nose he needs a tissue to carry around with him for the next 1/2 hour to constantly wipe his nose....way to cute.

Also Aidan just recovered from being sick he had a fever of 103.7, and was like a lump on a log for a few days. We gave him Tylenol which would bring his temp. down to around 102ish...to give him some relief. I can't believe how good he was. He hardly ever cried, but he just wanted to be held and carried everywhere. He also slept in our bed which meant I didn't sleep because half of me was hanging off the bed. He is doing great today and is back to his old happy self.

(o.k so this post was a little longer than I anticipated...thanks for reading :)

Merry Chirstmas!

We hope everyone had a great Christmas like we did. We sure did miss family that are away though. Christmas Eve we went to Rich's Auntie Laurie's house. We had a lot of fun visiting, eating, and of course opening presents....and boy there were a TON of them. Most of the time I hadn't finished opening a presents when another one would be handed to me. Aidan and Cameron received wonderful new toys and cloths. We were sure blessed. After all the gifts were unwrapped Aidan enjoyed throwing wrapping paper back and forth with his Aunts and Uncles. Here are some pictures from Christmas eve and Christmas Day.

Just after we got home Santa's elves dropped off some gifts at the front door. Aidan got new "car" slippers, Cameron got a new touch book, and Rich and I got new PJS. It is usually a tradition that we all get new jammies, but Santa couldn't justify getting the kids more when he new others would be giving them pjs as well. (I think they have enough to get through almost 2 weeks without washing, which is sometimes a good thing) We were finally able to get 2 tired kids to bed so Rich and I could get ready for Christmas morning. Cameron woke up at about 4:30. Rich was so nice to take care of him. By the time Aidan was awake....Cameron was sleeping. (see next picture) Aidan was so excited and eager to open gifts. This was the first year that Aidan really understood everything. It was so fun to talk to him about Santa throughout the season. It was also a great opportunity to teach about the true meaning of Christmas and our Savior.

Rich got a Garmin

What a mess! But we had so much fun!

Cameron got this broom that talks and makes noises as you sweep.,.... he loves to sweep

And this is just SOME of their stuff....there is a bunch that isn't visible or even in this picture. Thank-you everyone for all the gifts. We love them!

We were lucky enough to have our friend take our pictures this year before the snow started. She did such a great job,it was so hard to choose which ones to post on here, i think she took over 700 photos. Oh and Family members I will get pictures to you! Let me know which one's of these you like, and I can print them up for you!

I just love this picture...I shows how Aidan really does love his baby brother...even if he does take away his toys.

All I can say is ADORABLE!!!!

Mom likes getting kisses too!

Ward Christmas Party!

A couple weeks ago we had our Ward Christmas Party. It was a lot of fun with great food, great company, and great entertainment. Here are some of our pictures from the night.

this would have been a good picture....Aidan just had to turn his head as it was taken...and he wouldn't turn around to get another one.

Aidan and Rich having fun before the party started!

What a cutie!

Aidan took this one. I thought I would post it to show you his awesome photography skills. :)

Got to love the frosting on the nose!

Cameron wasn't so sure about meeting Santa.

Aidan was a little shy but still wanted to see Santa to tell him he wants a red snowmobile for Christmas. At 3 he already wants expensive gifts....what is he going to ask for when he gets older? sheesh

Let it snow!

Sorry for the lack of posts. Hopefully I will get better at updating my blog more often. We had a couple of snow storms, and have had a blast playing in the snow and shoveling....well I didn't like the shoveling part, but the kids sure did. Our last big snow storm we got...I think 6+ in....which isn't a whole lot for New England. But it rained after that 6+ inches. So our snow blower no longer worked. (it kept getting clogged) Man that was a good workout. For those of you who have been to the house know that we have a pretty long driveway. It has got to be around 250ft long. But it was nice getting out in the fresh air, looking at the snow, and of course watching the kids enjoy every minute of it. One day we were out there for at least 4 hours, and were still upset when we had to come in. It was getting dark and I was sure cold.
Part of the driveway

The end of the driveway...Aidan taking a break (his shovel broke) He was not happy. He sat there and cried for what seemed like forever. I told him we would get him a new shovel as soon as we could get a car out, but he didn't want a new one. Later Grandma went out and bought him a new one, he seems to have forgotten about the old one. Thank goodness.

Aidan had fun shoveling snow into his little wheelbarrow and then dumping it.

Happy Thanksgiving!

We had a great thanksgiving spent at my in laws. I didn't take many pictures but here are a couple that I did take!

Aidan loves looking at toy magazines...sometimes he'll even eat his breakfast while looking at one..haha it is the cutest thing. Here is Aidan telling Grandma Tanguay what he wants for Christmas.

Rich's Grandfather brings his dog where ever he goes. Cameron sure likes it. He had a blast throwing the ball and watching Ollie run after it and bring it back to him.

He loves that dog!

On Sunday we started decorating the tree. And yes there are only ornaments on the top half. Cameron has a habit of throwing things away. We were afraid he would take one and throw it in the trash, and we would never know. So until he gets older this will be our Christmas tree look for now.
